Join us at West Stride at 9am for a free yoga class, led by Manju of Seven Hills Yoga Studio. This yoga event is open to open-minded beginners, seasoned practitioners, and everyone in between.
This class has been designed to create space to explore your practice, to find strength, flexibility, stability, and ease, and to gain greater understanding of balance and alignment in the body. Yoga mats are greatly encouraged!
