Thursday, September 17 | 7:00 AM Cochran Shoals Overflow Lot 5450 Interstate North Parkway Sandy Springs, GA 30328 Join us for a morning on the trails with Scott, featuring a casual demo run, Q&A, and conversation after the run. What to Expect 7:00 AM: Meet at the Cochran Shoals overflow lot and head out for a casual demo run. After the run: Grab coffee and bagels and join us for an informal Q&A and conversation with Scott. We’ll gather around the gazebo/grass area, so bring a towel or blanket to sit on while we learn from a legend. Parking lot coffee + bagels will be provided. Giving Back to the Trails We’ll also use the morning to support CNPC and the trails we love. A donation QR code is below for attendees who would like to give back and help support the trails. Come run, grab some coffee, ask questions, and spend the morning learning from a legend!

We’re partnering with Safely, Girls Who Run ATL and Cooldown for an event on September 21st, and we’re planning a few Safely activations for runners, including: • Hands-on pepper spray education with our water-based practice sprays • A self-defense instructor leading a warm-up and sharing practical safety tips before the run Starts at 6:30pm.
