What is the Frozen Feet Challenge?
Frozen Feet is a challenge to get you outside and active everyday during the winter. This year, we’re challenging you to run, walk, jog at least 1 mile outside every day for 29 days straight, beginning January 14th. Check in each day after you complete at least a mile to stay in the streak. Miss a day? You’re out - no bad weather excuses allowed!
To stay active this winter with a fun group to hold you accountable! Plus, those who competed the streak will earn an exclusive Frozen Feet challenge prize (to be revealed soon)!
How do I join?
It's easy - just download the West Stride app, create your account. Then on the Events page, register for the Frozen Feet Kick off event. We'll send out reminders before the challenge begins. We also encourage you to join the Frozen Feet Facebook Group to post your photos each day and motivate others.
