New, Unused Products: If the product is new, unused, still has its tags, and is in its original packaging, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please Note: Certain carbon-plated racing shoes (including Nike Vaporfly, Nike Alphafly, Hoka Cielo X1, Saucony Endorphin Pro and Elite, and adidas Adios Pro) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Recycle your worn-out shoes at West Stride. We've partnered with EcoSneakers of Atlanta, Girls on the Run, and BetterBins from the Low Impact Alliance to recycle and/or repurpose old, used sneakers. Through BetterBins, we also recycle clothes, socks, and nutrition wrappers.
